What is the return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased online. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You can return items by mail or at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within Canada. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary for US orders.
How can I determine my correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page that includes measurements for Petite, Plus, and Regular fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations. You may return the items once they arrive according to our return policy.
