Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any Canada Post location and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
